 Stephanie  Numbers

Stephanie Numbers is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Saginaw Valley State University, and a Master of Arts degree in counseling from Spring Arbor University. Stephanie works with a wide range of ages including adults, adolescents, and children. She has been trained in both directive and non-directive play therapy, primarily focusing on the utilization of sand tray play. Stephanie particularly enjoys incorporating her American Eskimo, Gypsy, into her sessions as an animal assisted therapy dog. Stephanie completed 30 contact hours of supervision training in 2023 and is a clinical supervisor for Limited Licensed Professional Counselors in the state of Michigan. She is a member of the Michigan Association for Play Therapy, World Association of Sand Therapy Professionals, and the Small Business Association of Michigan.

Cassie Martin

Cassie Herzberger is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW).   She graduated with a master's degree from Saginaw Valley State University.  Cassie is a trauma-informed therapist that prioritizes working with LGBTQIA+ folks, adults and adolescents who have had traumatic experiences.  She has worked as a sexual assault clinician and completes assessments in emergency service settings.  She is passionate about creating a safe, comforting environment for her clients to be their authentic selves.  She recognizes and appreciates that everyone has a unique journey that is important to them.  Life is overwhelming and clients need a space to for themselves to explore their needs and desires for a fulfilling life.  Cassie works with her clients to identify both past and current experiences that are creating barriers to them becoming the versions of themselves they want to be.  She believes in empowering clients to truly understand their mental health needs and develop healthy coping skills and knowledge to maintain overall quality of life.

Kati Loiselle

Kati Loiselle is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW), who obtained her Master’s degree from Michigan State University. Kati has worked with a wide variety of populations within the field of social work, including survivors of sexual assault, individuals with serious medical conditions or terminal illnesses, adults/seniors, and adolescents. Kati currently works full-time as a School Social Worker, working with teens who receive special education services. In collaboration with clients, Kati employs an array of therapeutic modalities such as CBT and strengths-based approaches. Perhaps most importantly, Kati incorporates the compassion and skill of her Certified Therapy Dog, Pippa Paisley, for animal-assisted therapy sessions.  Kati and Pippa foster a supportive environment for clients to navigate their personal journeys towards healing and growth.

Emily Gerhardt

Emily Gerhardt is a licensed Master of Social Worker (LMSW). She graduated with her masters degree from Wayne State University. Emily has been working the last 15 years in Community Mental Health. The majority of her career has been working with Children and Families but she has worked with a variety of populations. She is a current program manager in the CMH system. Emily is state certified in TF-CBT and continues to supervise new therapists getting trained in TF-CBT. She has a passion for working with children and adolescents that have endured trauma. She has experience in CBT and DBT as well. Emily believes that therapy is person centered and will create a safe space for clients to work on their mental health. Emily will help clients develop healthy coping skills and build resiliency.

Madeline Sword

Madeline Sword is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW). She earned her masters degree in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University. Madeline offers a safe and inviting space to her clients who are ready to work on their mental health. She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults with individual and family needs in the school, home, and community setting for the extent of her college and career experience. Madeline empowers her clients to gain insight and reinforces their focus on critical needs that impact how they think, feel and act. She supports her clients with evidence based practices such as Somatic Mind-Body Approach, Solution Focused Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Madeline walks alongside her clients on their journey through therapy to support healing, provide insight and empower growth.
